Raquel Hernandez:

Raquel  is the heart of our Hidden Lakes Orthodontics team.  She not only runs the front desk, but is also a registered dental assistant.  Raquel is trained to handle all orthodontic emergencies.  We adore Raquel’s willingness to help in all areas of the office.  Outside of work, Raquel is active in her church and enjoys spending time with her family and god-daughter.

Amy Lockwood Collins:

Amy joined our team in February 2010 and has been showering us with her sunny personality ever since.  Originally from Louisiana, Amy moved to the DFW area two years ago.  After becoming a registered dental assistant, Amy focused her assisting skills in the orthodontic field.  We are thrilled to have her with us!  Outside of work, Amy spends time with her husband, Brandon, and children.  Amy and Brandon welcomed a new addition to the family in October 2010 --  Liliana Grace!  We are all enjoying getting to know this beautiful baby girl!

Ellicia Bailey:

We are so pleased to have Ellicia as a part of the Hidden Lakes Orthodontics team.  Ellicia has worked as an orthodontic assistant for over five years.  We admire her ability to put patients at ease with her easy-going and sweet personality.  Outside of work, Ellicia is an experienced barrel racer and teaches private horseback riding lessons.
