As a motivator, our patients are given Ortho Bucks for caring for their braces, helping with treatment, and even for making good grades. Earned Ortho Bucks are traded for fun prizes. We also have ongoing contests for patients and parents to enter.
 We encourage parents to come back into the treatment area during their child's appointments. Keeping parents closely involved in their child's care is very important. Any questions a parent may have can be answered immediately, and instructions given to the child can be reinforced by the parent at home.
